2. Who is Master David Goh?

Master David Goh (吴宸翔大师) is the third generation fengshui master at the helm of Imperial Harvest. Like his grandfather before, Master David is a firm believer that your destiny lies in your hand. With good Feng Shui, you can redesign your destined path and achieve your goals and aspirations.

Master Goh works regularly with top business executives around the world. He is highly trusted to provide them with bespoke and effective fengshui solutions, and is relied on to help them to deliver results and achieve success in a highly competitive business environment and in their personal lives.

3. How do I make an appointment?

Clients who wish to consult Imperial Harvest's team of consultants will be required to make an appointment via the appointment form or call in our customer service hotline +65 9122 1826 (Whatsapp/SMS/Call).

4. I am an overseas client. How do I consult?

Overseas client who wish to consult,  may schedule an appointment with our customer service officer at +65 9122 1826 (Whatsapp/SMS/Call) or fill up overseas client consultation form.

For home or commercial spatial fengshui consultations, an on-site visit will be required. Clients who wish to find out more, may contact our customer service officer directly to find out more.

5. What payment options are available?

Imperial Harvest accepts Master, Visa credit cards, Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer. International clients may choose to make the payment for their purchase via bank transfer or PayPal.

Imperial Harvest is GST-registered and therefore a 7% government service tax will be levied upon goods and services purchased.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Imperial Harvest merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase

1. How do I care for my Jadeite?

All Imperial Harvest Jadeites are natural and untreated. To preserve their natural lustre, we recommend cleaning your jadeite using lukewarm water and a soft bristle brush.

2. How do I care for my Sandalwood and Agarwood?

Sandalwood and Agarwood are harvested from wild forests in South East Asia. Only 1% of annual agarwood produce qualified as Imperial Harvest agarwood and sandalwood. Hence there are no artificial coating on these wood elements. Over time, a layer of natural protective coating will be formed as you wear sandalwood or agarwood. We advise against washing the wood with water or soap as it removes the precious resins accumulated in the sandalwood and agarwood over centuries.

Yes, Imperial Harvest offers a Management Associate Program (MAP). The MAP has been established to fast-track identified high-performing internal retail incumbents into an Assistant Manager position at a retail location through a one year specialized training program. The MAP curriculum encompasses all sales and operational aspects of Imperial Harvest boutique, in addition to providing exposure to the manufacturing, merchandising and distribution business units. The focus of the program is to develop leadership skills and escalate the transition period of the incumbents to be successful in first level retail management roles.
